Returns and Exchanges

Returns

We hope you adore your new J-slips sandals! However, if you do have a change of mind you are welcome to return it to us within 10 days of receiving your order in exchange for a credit note. You will also be responsible for the shipping of the items so choose carefully. 

We are only able to offer a refund if a garment is faulty- if this does occur please email us immediately an image of the fault along with your Order Number to: admin@jslips.com.au for further review. 

The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place. Item/s must not have been worn, washed, altered in any way. Sale items will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note. 

Please note delivery costs with not be refunded.

Exchanges

We can offer exchanges if you order the incorrect size and if your size is still available. However if your size is no longer available, you are eligible for a credit note.  We kindly ask that you return your items and cover the postage costs in exchange for a credit note and place a new order by emailing us. 

Credit note

A credit note is available for your original order amount (excluding postage) valid for 12 months. We will email you a unique code issued as a discount code to be entered upon checkout,
